Feb 13, 2007 Following in the footsteps of Kingmax; Sandisk has also announced its plans to produce 4 GB microSD cards. It was obvious that sooner or later Sandisk would announce its plans but what better way than at the 3GSM in Barcelona.

They haven't declared dates for the release of the cards into the market, but have said that they are still testing the OEM. The testing process is to ensure that phones do not freak out on the insertion of these high capacity cards. These cards will support your multimedia needs in your phones instead of carrying around those USB pen drives.
